The Paradigm Shift - Neurodivergent Workplace Training
From "what's wrong with them" to "what's wrong with our systems"
This isn't tick-box diversity training. This is practical, implementation-focused education delivered by someone who's lived it – 53 years undiagnosed, multiple burnouts, now a Certified AuDHD Intersectional Scientific Practitioner with 20+ years in mental health and addictions.
What You'll Learn:
Understanding neurodivergence (autism, ADHD) through both lived experience and scientific frameworks
Recognising masking and autistic burnout in your workforce (before crisis hits)
Practical accommodations that actually work (sensory, communication, executive function)
Creating neuro-inclusive recruitment, retention, and performance management systems
How to respond when someone discloses neurodivergence
Balancing multiple needs without pitting people against each other
What Makes This Different:
Maximum 10 participants (depth, not breadth)
Facilitated by someone who's neurodivergent and knows the limits
Respectfully brings te ao Māori into this space
You leave with actual tools and action plans, not just "awareness"
Real talk about intersectionality: neurodivergence + perimenopause + trauma + culture
Format:
Two full days (8:30am - 5:15pm Day One, 8:30am - 4:45pm Day Two)
Includes whakawhaungatanga, reflection, action planning
Participant workbook and templates provided
2 months post-workshop support (Q&A sessions, email support, resources)
Investment:
In-House (your workplace): $3,000 + GST (max 10 people)
You provide venue and catering
Public Workshop (Te Waiora, Karangahake Gorge): $600 + GST per person
Held at our whare ako in the stunning Karangahake Gorge
Includes all catering (morning/afternoon tea, lunch both days)
Runs when minimum 6 registered
Add-ons: Individual coaching ($200/hr), Policy review ($1,500), Follow-up workshop ($1,500)
Minimum 6 weeks notice to book
